Fill it in once, six French property sites searched

No French, no filters, no département codes. Tell us what you are looking for and where, and we set it up on every French property site. All you have to do is click.

Found something? Add it to your shortlist ↓
  1. 1 Tell us what you are looking for
  2. 2 Open the sites with one click
  3. 3 Set an alert there and the listings come to you
  4. 4 Keep what you find on your shortlist

On agency sites the commission (usually 4 to 8%) is already included in the asking price. On PAP and the notaires sites it often is not.

No French site has a filter for detached houses; a minimum plot size does the same job in practice. Where a site cannot pre-filter something, we say so on its card.

These are your links, not the houses themselves

The houses are on the French sites. Below, each site has a button that opens it with your search already filled in. Enter your email address once and the buttons unlock.

Email me these links and my search profile

You can already see what each site turns up. Leave your email address and the links land in your inbox, so you have them on every device. If a site changes its search, you hear it from us.

Found something? Add it to your shortlist

Paste the link to the property. You can then paste the listing text as well and we pull out the asking price, the living area, the energy label and the number of bedrooms. Filling it in yourself works too. We add the town, the département and the source, and your shortlist works out the price per m².

We only read what you paste yourself; nothing is sent to a server.

Alerts have to be set per site, logged in to your own account; that is not something we can do for you. Before you make an offer, check DVF to see what was really paid in that street over the past five years. An asking price is an opinion, that is a fact.

What the Search Helper does for you

    • Leboncoin, SeLoger and Bien’ici: fully prefilled, including the villages within your radius.
    • Green-Acres: opens in English with type, budget and radius ready.
    • PAP and the notaires: a crib sheet telling you exactly what to fill in.
    • Found something? Paste the listing text and it goes on your Shortlist.

New to this? Read the step-by-step guide; it takes ten minutes and you can’t break anything.

Free and without an account. Your search links are only emailed if you ask for them, and your details are never passed to an estate agent unless you tick that box yourself. See our privacy policy.
